About us

KESTONE supports companies in implementing, optimising and running their management systems. Our core business is ERP software integration, primarily Odoo, for which we have built deep expertise in finance: accounting, invoicing and e-invoicing, treasury, reporting and consolidation, together with the modules directly connected to them (sales, purchasing, inventory, projects, CRM).

Founded by Martin Kestelin, who has been passionate about business management for more than 30 years, KESTONE brings together a team with roots in both finance and information systems. This dual expertise sits at the heart of everything we do: a well-integrated ERP is not just a tool that works, it is a tool that faithfully reflects the accounting, tax and operational reality of the business.

Over the years, we have supported companies of all sizes, across many industries and in several countries, both on their IT projects and in their day-to-day management, and at times in more delicate situations such as restructurings or turnarounds. This national and international experience has given us a global view of the business, without ever losing sight of the details that make the difference.

Our backgrounds span IT, finance, accounting and management, which allows us to speak the different "languages" of a business. A salesperson does not talk like an accountant, a project manager or a workshop supervisor. Delivering a successful ERP project means understanding all of these perspectives and making them work together. A good orchestra is not enough: it still has to be conducted well to bring out the best in it.

We are not here to change everything on principle, nor to claim to teach you your own business: you know it far better than we do. Our role is to bring an outside, expert perspective, to open your eyes to certain points and to support you in turning your vision for your company into reality. What drives us is following our clients as they grow and seeing them, after a few weeks, a few months or a few years, win the bets they have made. That is where the true reward of our work lies.
